- Recent upgrades include - new paint and carpet, bunk beds, kitchen dishes, window treatments, and furniture.
- The newly remodeled basement has new furniture, paint, carpet, and a full bathroom. It also has a pool table along with a TV with cable/stereo/DVD entertainment center. There is a foos ball table and games for the kids as well.
- Check out the beautiful sun room (Florida room) with a large dining room table that seats 8 comfortably. This room leads out to a large deck with a gas grill overlooking a wooded lot.
- The living room has 42" HDTV with cable, VCR/DVD player cathedral ceilings, wood burning stone fireplace, hardwood floors and an open and airy feeling. There is another table here for additional seating or game playing.
- The loft has another TV with a VCR/DVD player and a queen futon for extra sleeping.

Welcome to the Pocono Mountains! You will not be able to access the lake next summer for fishing, boating, or swimming. However, the sandy beach will still be open for those who want to work on their summer tan. In addition, the pool will have longer scheduled hours.
There are two lakes in Hickory Run State Park; one has an extensive sandy swimming area. There are several streams for fishing enthusiasts. Hickory Run is about a 10-minute drive from the Trails. Going a little further distance you have the very large Beltzville Lake. This lake also offers swimming, boating, fishing and picnicking areas. There are many other State Parks and lakes in our area within a short drive. The Clubhouse and Restaurant, TLTC, the Game Room and Community Room will remain open during the construction. The children’s play areas will remain open as well as the ball field near our maintenance building. Most importantly, there will be virtually no disruption to the vast majority of our Community. You are here to enjoy the beauty of our Community and the surroundings of your neighborhood. That will not change, so enjoy !!
The Pocono mountains is a destination for all seasons, a place for skiing and snowboarding in the winter; mountain biking, hiking and rafting during spring and summer and brilliant displays of foliage, setting the stage for countless outdoor activities and family fun, in the autumn months.
