This beautiful, private, single family home is located in a 200 acre lake community. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is lots of room for everyone. Recent upgrades include - new paint and carpet, bed linens, bunk beds, kitchen dishes, window treatments, bathroom curtains and rugs. The newly waterproofed basement has new furniture, paint, carpet, and a full bathroom. It also has a pool table/ping pong combination along with a TV with cable/stereo/DVD entertainment center. Check out the beautiful sun room (Florida room) with wicker furniture and another TV with cable. This room leads out to a deck with a gas grill. The living room has TV with cable, cathedral ceilings, wood burning stone fireplace, hardwood floors and an open and airy feeling. There are ceiling fans through out the house. This house is perfect for one large family or two families to enjoy!
