Unless indicated by special rates below, my rates are as follows:

Winter 
Weekends                                            $650/weekend
Weeks                                                  $900/week
Mid week                                             $350/first two nights

Spring and Falls  
Weekends                                            $350/weekend
Weeks                                                  $600/week

Summer - Memorial Day through Labor Day
Weekends                                            $650/weekend
Weeks                                                  $900/week
Mid week                                             $350/first two nights

Bed linens available for an additional $75.00
Bath towels available for an additional $50.00
                         
A security deposit of $500 is required
        Additional nights can be added for $100/night a night in summer and winter and
                                                                  $75/night in fall and spring

Martin Luther King Weekend (Jan. 14 - Jan. 17)         $750/weekend
Presidents Day Weekend (Feb. 18 - Feb. 21)              $750/weekend
Memorial Day Weekend (May 27 - 30)                        $750/weekend

Labor Day Weekend (Sept. 2 - Sept. 5)                       $750/weekend
Thanksgiving Weekend (Nov. 23 - Nov. 27)               $850.00
New Year's Weekend (Dec. 29 -  Jan. 1)                     $1200.00
